Our Story
J.E.M., LLC was founded on December 31, 1997 by Mr. James E. Marlowe in Waveland, Mississippi. Our company holds HVAC and Plumbing licenses in the states of Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Arkansas.
J.E.M. has a great deal of mechanical experience including high rise condominiums, schools, hotels & gaming, office buildings, government & military projects, health care facilities, and site work . We stay on the cutting edge of technology, employing systems such as Aquatherm piping in chill water, heating water, and domestic water systems. This enables designers to gain LEED points and saves owners upfront costs and energy dollars.
